You will bring:

  • A degree, diploma, management qualification or equivalent managerial experience in asset management, surveying or construction within the housing or maintenance sector
  • Practical experience of completing HHSRS assessments and stock condition surveys, supporting Decent Homes and wider compliance programmes
  • Experience of working within asset management, construction or maintenance services, delivering effective, efficient and customer‑focused outcomes
  • Sound working knowledge of UK landlord statutory and regulatory health & safety requirements, including:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands
  • Competent IT skills, including the use of asset management and compliance systems, and the ability to use performance data to monitor delivery and drive continuous improvement
  • A customer‑focused approach, with a clear commitment to delivering high‑quality, safe and fully compliant housing services

You will also be confident working collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of performance and compliance
